0301Lead, coach, and develop the Project Management team, balancing workloads, building capabilities, and aligning performance with business priorities.
02Oversee and prioritize the Grenchen site project portfolio for customer introductions, new product introductions, product transfers, industrialization, and related manufacturing engineering projects.
03Ensure projects are clearly scoped, planned, governed, and delivered with defined milestones, owners, risks, escalation paths, budgets, and deliverables.
04Align portfolio priorities, resources, capacity, and risks with Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, Business Units, and other key stakeholders.
05Monitor portfolio performance, lead regular portfolio reviews, and resolve or escalate resource conflicts, schedule deviations, launch-readiness concerns, and cross-functional issues.
