↳Perform thermal coating operations on aircraft engine components using different coating technologies, including plasma coating, arc spraying and HVOF processes
↳Prepare and post-process components for coating, including surface protection, grit blasting and blending activities
↳Create and operate robotic programs on 6-axis ABB robots and handle components using dedicated fixtures and equipment
↳Operate, adjust and maintain coating equipment, including tasks such as changing spray nozzles, refilling coating powder, checking fluids and filters, and performing equipment alignments
↳Troubleshoot equipment issues and ensure machines remain in excellent operating condition
↳Work closely with process engineers, equipment specialists, machinists and laboratory teams to meet technical specifications and quality requirements
↳Interpret OEM repair manuals, drawings and manufacturing specifications while maintaining a clean and organized workplace according to 5S standards
