Your tasks:
Define, design, and own network architecture building blocks, ensuring they are scalable, reusable, and aligned with enterprise strategy
Drive the evolution of the network landscape, incorporating modern networking paradigms
Provide architectural guidance and support to engineering teams in adopting advanced networking technologies and solutions
Advise management and business stakeholders on networking technology trends, risks, and strategic opportunities
Ensure network security is embedded by design, aligned with relevant frameworks, standards, and best practices
Collaborate across domains (compute, storage, cloud, and applications) to ensure end-to-end system integration
Develop and maintain architectural documentation, standards, and models

Requirements
↳Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
↳Proven experience in network architecture within complex, high-reliability or safety-critical environments
↳Experience in architecture documentation and modelling practices
↳Routing & Switching: advanced knowledge of enterprise vendors like Cisco, Juniper or Extreme Networks
↳Communication: You adapt your communication style to the context and stakeholders and actively ask for information through relevant questions and active listening
↳Credibility & accountability: You are transparent in your actions, explaining the reasoning behind them, and consistently follow through on your commitments
↳Proficient in English written and orally, good command in German or French is a plus
