Overall responsibility for the Operations Department with around 15 employees Direct leadership of team leaders, the operations electrician, and the logistician Resource planning and on-call organisation Technical responsibility for the plants Contact with customers and authorities Optimisation of processes and workflows as well as targeted management of all services using appropriate KPIs Active participation in the management team of the production area
