09Brush down all upholstered furniture and vacuum regularly
10Clean the fireplace
11Clean all lamps regularly
12Keep the hotel entrance clean inside and out, free of snow in winter
13Keep the parquet floor of the hall clean, wash if necessary

15Carry out all rounds and checks according to plan
16Collect breakfast orders from all floors
17Carry skis and ski boots from arriving guests to the ski room (in winter)
18If necessary, accompany guests to the railway station or collect them from the station
19Collect or drop off luggage from guests at the railway station
