What you will do: Identify, prioritize and deliver Supply Chain improvement opportunities aligned with business strategy and operational goals. Lead end-to-end projects, including root-cause analysis, action planning, execution, governance and benefit realization. Define KPIs, performance baselines and targets to measure project success. Facilitate cross-functional initiatives across Planning, Inventory, Logistics, Manufacturing, Quality, Procurement, Finance, EHS and Digital functions. Drive corrective and preventive actions, remove roadblocks and ensure timely execution. Embed sustainable solutions through standards, SOPs, training and performance controls. Coach teams in Lean, continuous improvement and structured problem-solving methodologies.
