Description

Sie sind im erweiterten Leistungsauftrag der Fachhochschule tätig. Dieser beinhaltet den Unterricht in Aus- und Weiterbildung, anwendungsorientierte Forschung und die Beratung von Unternehmen. Dabei übernehmen Sie folgende Tätigkeiten:

Stärkung des Themenschwerpunkts Organisationskommunikation in allen Leistungsbereichen der FHNW
Akquisition und Durchführung von Forschungs- und Beratungsprojekten;
wissenschaftliche Publikationstätigkeit
Konzeption, Weiterentwicklung und Leitung von Weiterbildungsprogrammen
Lehrtätigkeit auf Bachelor- und Masterstufe sowie in der Weiterbildung

Aufgrund der Sommerpause beginnen wir mit den Gesprächen ab Mitte August 2026.

Responsibilities

Strengthening the focus on organizational communication in all areas of FHNW
Acquisition and implementation of research and consulting projects
Scientific publication activities
Conceptualization, further development, and management of continuing education programs
Teaching at the bachelor's and master's level as well as in continuing education

Requirements

Creative, flexible, open, team-oriented, and communicative personality
Several years of experience in organizational communication/corporate communication
University degree in business, communication, or social sciences - at least master's level, doctorate preferred (PhD or Dr.)
Several years of practical experience outside the university sector in organizational/corporate communication (leadership role)
Practical skills in digital and audiovisual communication
Proven track record in acquiring applied research and consulting projects including corresponding publication evidence
Confident demeanor in dealing with executives from business, administration, and politics
