Project Manager Uplift

Key responsibilities Are you an experienced Transformation Manager with a proven track record in delivering on large-scale, complex transformation initiatives? Do you want to shape scalable platform capabilities and target operating models while helping industrialize IT-platform delivery and working towards the GWM North Star? We-re looking for a Project Manager to:

• drive the design and development of the -Onboarding as a Service- capability from strategy and concepts to roll-out
• define and implement a standardized, reusable and industrialized platform deployment model for Switzerland and International Locations
• support planning, execution, governance, and quality assurance for large-scale transformation initiatives
• facilitate translation of business needs into clear requirements, solution designs, and scalable operating models as a Business Analyst-type of activity
• manage key stakeholders across Business Divisions, Streams, Group Functions and Technology as well as cross-stream dependencies to enable effective decision-making, efficiency, and capture business value
