Responsabilités

Project management for planning assignments in the field of HVAC (construction and industry)
Leading the project team
Advising and supporting clients in all project phases, from strategic planning to commissioning and final optimization
Developing conceptual designs and technical feasibility
Implementing innovative solutions, advising clients on the economic efficiency of the property over its entire lifecycle

Exigences

University education in the field of HVAC; Technical diploma SSST / Technician HF or HS/FH in the field of RCVS is an advantage
Several years of experience as a project manager in the planning of building technology and HVAC systems in Switzerland
Willingness to collaborate interdisciplinary with the branches in Bellinzona and Fribourg
Good knowledge of Swiss plant construction laws and regulations
Good organizational and communication skills in the team and with clients
Precise, independent, and team-oriented personality with entrepreneurial thinking
Very good German language skills (spoken and written); other languages (English, French, Italian) are an advantage
BIM knowledge and experience with digital planning methods are an advantage
