Responsibilities

You design demanding interdisciplinary civil engineering and road construction projects, especially in Central Switzerland for public clients.
You independently manage projects and take over the coordination and leadership of the project team - technically, financially, and on schedule.
You maintain contacts with clients and partner companies and continuously expand them.
You participate in acquisition and actively support us in winning new projects.
You create offers and contribute to successful project initiation.

Requirements

Degree in civil engineering (ETH, FH) or equivalent qualification.
Several years of professional experience in the planning and realization of civil engineering projects.
Solid expertise in civil engineering.
Experience in project management of infrastructure projects is an advantage.
Also suitable for project engineers who are aiming for the next career step towards project management.
Team-oriented, committed personality with a high sense of responsibility.
Very good German language skills, both spoken and written.
Good English and French skills are an advantage.
