The Role Location: Switzerland Hybrid (1 day per month in the Zurich office) Type: Full Time Contract type: Fixed-term, 6 months (maternity cover) The Property Development Team are instrumental to PureGym's expansion! The Team deliver new sites across the whole of Switzerland, working closely with the Swiss property team and the other departments in Switzerland on construction and fit out. We are looking for a Property Development Manager to join the team on a 6-month fixed-term contract, covering a period of maternity leave, with the possibility of the role extending or becoming permanent. You will be fully accountable for the successful end-to-end project delivery of all allocated property development projects, covering both new and existing sites. This will be achieved through directing and working with a local scrum team, partnering with the wider Development and PureGym teams, and all external stakeholders. In addition, you will contribute to the Development team's culture of best practice and continuous improvement. In this role, you will lead a team that partners the business and owns the delivery of 'best in class' service, support and expertise across a number of procurement activities and areas of indirect spend. You will ensure a strong and sustainable supply chain that supports the business, its operations, investment and growth. You will work collaboratively with the Procurement team and business to deliver the Procurement plan & KPI's and drive business performance.
