The role

The Revenue Management Senior Business Analyst is responsible for analysing business performance and delivering integrated, objective, and actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.

01Supporting the full lifecycle of the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring the delivery of accurate and timely analyses.

02Partnering with business stakeholders to identify needs, define requirements, and translate them into actionable analytical solutions.

03Gathering, documenting, and maintaining data requirements to support both recurring and ad hoc business analyses.

04Developing expertise across multiple data sources and business domains to generate meaningful insights and drive informed decision-making.

05Collaborating with vendors, third-party providers, and cross-functional corporate teams in a dynamic and agile environment.

06Contributing to the continuous enhancement of analytical frameworks, reporting capabilities, and data-driven business processes.

Requirements

↳Fluent English (Knowledge of a second European language is preferred but not essential)

↳Excellent analytical skills.

↳Previous experience in Revenue Management is essential, possibly in the tourism industry.

↳Ability to build business cases from analysis to be sold to senior management, including Chief Revenue Management and Sales, Executive Directors and CEO.

↳Strong problem solving and decision-making attitude.

↳Experience with analytics tools (PYTHON, SAP, ZENZ, QLIK SENSE) would be a strong advantage
