The role
03
01Take ownership of the analytical inputs used in RFPs, RFIs, DDQs and investor materials, including pulling, cross-checking, analyzing and formatting performance, fund, portfolio and firm-level data from multiple sources;
02Complete RFP, RFI and DDQ processes from prospective and existing clients across private and public markets, working within stated deadlines;
03Generate high-quality, tailored responses and continuously improve the firm's standard content library;
04Collaborate directly with business development, investment management and other internal teams to gather inputs and ensure responses reflect LGT CP's current positioning accurately;
05Act as the link between client-facing teams and the PACS Data team, translating investor relations and client servicing needs into clear data requirements and helping ensure timely, accurate delivery;
06Operate as a power user of the firm's RFP platform (Responsive), data workflows and AI-assisted tools, contributing to the continuous improvement of data quality, content maintenance, automation and process efficiency.
Requirements
↳University degree in quantitative finance, finance, business analytics, economics or a related field; CFA, CAIA or an equivalent qualification is a plus;
↳Minimum two years of relevant experience in data analysis, ideally within investor relations, RFP/DDQ, product management, or a related function in asset management;
↳Excellent written English; French, German or other languages an asset;
↳Prior exposure to data workflows or digital tools, with eagerness to develop these skills further;
↳Curiosity and confidence in using AI-assisted tools;
↳Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple concurrent deadlines without losing precision and attention to detail;
↳Clear, proactive communicator with the confidence to flag issues and ask clarifying questions across teams;
↳Team-oriented, with a high sense of ownership and follow-through.
