Description

Aufgaben Betreuung unserer Kunden weltweit (Schwerpunkt in Europa und Nordamerika) von der Anfrage über die Angebotsentwicklung bis zur erfolgreichen Auftragsabwicklung Angebotserstellung und Verhandlungen (inkl. technischer sowie kommerzieller Auslegung) Planung und Umsetzung von geeigneten Massnahmen zur Sicherung und Steigerung des Wachstums in Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Key Accounts Entwicklung und Betreuung von existierenden und zukünftigen Vertriebskanälen Realisierung der vereinbarten Vertriebszielen im Team Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Produkteentwicklung zur Steigerung der Wettbewerbsfähigkeit unserer Systeme Kundentrainings (online und vor Ort)

Responsabilités

Care for our customers worldwide (focus on Europe and North America) from inquiry to successful order processing
Preparation of offers and negotiations (including technical and commercial design)
Planning and implementation of appropriate measures to secure and increase growth in collaboration with international key accounts
Development and support of existing and future sales channels
Realization of agreed sales targets in the team
Close collaboration with product development to increase the competitiveness of our systems
Customer training (online and on-site)

Exigences

Bachelor's degree or higher vocational school degree (technical field) with at least 5 years of professional experience in the sale of capital goods - HVAC industry is an advantage
Interested and open personality, high customer orientation, entrepreneurial thinking, and negotiation skills
A professional and convincing appearance
An independent and structured way of working
Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written
