01Definition of EHS Goals and Objectives for the Selzach site
02Alignment of local EHS strategy with Corporate EHS strategy as well as Corporate Goals and Objectives
03Sicherheitsbeauftragter and Gefahrgutbeauftragter for the site and related buildings/operations incl. apprentice shop
04Management of relationship with critical contractors e.g. Neosys
05Assurance of local compliance with regulatory requirement related to EHS.
06Maintenance of the Selzach certification status and integrated management system related to ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
07Assurance of accuracy and completeness of risk management documentation.
08Continuous improvement and adaptation of the EHS Management System
09Educate, train and collaborate with the local Facility Services provider to assure compliance with the EHS management system requirements and contiuously improvement of facility services in relation to EHS
10Point of contact to the local public authorities e.g. Kantonales Amt für Umwelt, SUVA etc.
11Annual Reporting to the cantonal Amt für Umwelt Solothurn (Environmental protection certification) as part of the 'Kollaborationsvereinbarung'
Requirements
↳Technical background with advanced Education in Industrial Engineering, building service engineering or mechanical engineering
↳Knowledge in Facility Management
↳Knowledge and training in safety aspects ('Sicherheitsbeauftragter')
↳Fluent in German and English
↳5 -10 years relevant work experience
↳Knowhow and experience in EHS Management Systems
↳Self-motivated/self-starter and ability to work independently or in teams
↳Service oriented attitude combined with innovative thinking
↳Business minded, change orientated and pro-active personality
↳Diplomatic, tactful and approachable; capable of navigating in a Corporate environment in terms of communication, escalations etc.
