What would your role be? Own and deliver the technical implementation of intranet and collaboration use cases across Microsoft SharePoint and Atlassian Confluence, from requirements to production operations. Play a leading engineering role in the migration from on‑prem Atlassian Data Center intranet content to SharePoint platform evolution. Design, build, and maintain modern SharePoint Online solutions (sites, information architecture, permissions, content models, search, and governance) with a strong focus on developer-grade extensibility. Build and evolve intranet features and integrations (e.g., navigation, publishing patterns, content rollups, automation, and platform-wide components) that scale to a firm-wide audience. Develop and maintain integrations and migration tooling between Confluence and SharePoint (content move, metadata mapping, link integrity, redirects, and quality checks) to enable a controlled, low-risk transition. Act as a senior hands-on engineer: lead code reviews, establish engineering standards, improve CI/CD and operational readiness, and mentor colleagues working on the intranet and platform ecosystem.
