↳Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Law, Economics or a related discipline; additional qualifications in Procurement, Contract Management, Project Management, Commercial or Legal Management are a strong advantage.
↳10-15+ years of experience in Procurement, Commercial and Contract Management within large CAPEX projects, ideally in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, chemical, industrial manufacturing or construction sector.
↳Proven track record in managing complex procurement packages, strategic suppliers and high-value commercial negotiations across major project delivery models (EPCM, EPC, Construction Management).
↳Strong expertise in contract lifecycle management, claims management, change orders, dispute resolution and risk allocation.
↳Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional and matrix organizations, collaborating effectively with senior internal and external stakeholders.
↳Strategic procurement mindset combined with strong commercial acumen, business judgment and decision-making capabilities.
↳Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills, including executive-level interactions.
↳Collaborative and resilient personality with a high level of ownership, accountability and the ability to drive results in demanding project environments.
↳Strong analytical, problem-solving and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities and tight deadlines.
↳Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
