Als Senior SAP ALM Berater:in unterstützt du unsere Kunden bei der Konzeption, Einführung und Weiterentwicklung moderner Application Lifecycle und Business Transformation Lösungen. Dein Schwerpunkt liegt auf SAP Cloud ALM, ergänzt durch Elemente der SAP Business Transformation Suite (SAP LeanIX, SAP Signavio, Tricentis Test Automation). Du bewegst dich sicher zwischen Fachbereich, IT und Management, berätst strategisch wie operativ und übernimmst Verantwortung in komplexen SAP Transformations- und Betriebsprojekten. Neben der konzeptionellen und koordinativen Arbeit bringst du dich auch hands-on im System ein. Du setzt Anforderungen selbst um, analysierst Probleme direkt in den Systemen und unterstützt bei Konfiguration, Tests und Troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

Consulting and supporting our clients in the implementation and use of SAP Cloud ALM (Implementation, Operations, Change & Deployment Management, Test Management, Monitoring)
Analyzing and structuring complex SAP system landscapes and end-to-end processes
Conceptualizing and implementing transformation processes with topics such as: Requirements & Demand Management, Test & Release Management, Change, Deployment & Operations
Contributing to business transformation initiatives using: SAP Cloud ALM, SAP LeanIX, SAP Signavio, Tricentis Test Automation
Leading or actively participating in complex SAP projects including planning, coordination, and quality assurance
Creating concepts, decision bases, and management presentations
Coaching clients and internal teams as well as building knowledge in SAP Application Lifecycle Management

Requirements

Completed studies in (business) computer science, computer science or a comparable qualification
Several years of experience at a senior level (S3) in SAP-related projects or in SAP consulting
Experience with SAP Cloud ALM is a clear advantage
Knowledge or project experience with components of the SAP Business Transformation Suite (SAP LeanIX, SAP Signavio, Tricentis)
Very good understanding of SAP system landscapes, business processes, and operating models (Grow/Rise with SAP/Private Cloud)
Experience in consulting, conceptualization, and project work with high personal responsibility
Structured, analytical, independent, and solution-oriented working style
Strong communication and presentation skills as well as personal responsibility
Very good German and English skills
Certifications (advantageous but not a must) SAP certifications, e.g.: SAP Cloud ALM, SAP Solution Manager, SAP Signavio or SAP LeanIX Project and method certifications (e.g. IPMA, PMI, ITIL, SAFe)
