04Strengthen data quality, interoperability, and automation across network and operational tools.
05Enable AI powered data cleansing, reconciliation, forecasting, and predictive modeling.
06Support system modernization initiatives to ensure platforms are AI-ready and interoperable.
07Act as a connector between business owners, engineering teams, and AI/data science resources.
08Design, develop, and deploy agents and agent flows that support operational workflows.
09Translate repeatable patterns into scalable, automated solutions.
10Ensure AI solutions are reliable, maintainable, secure, and aligned with engineering best practices.
11Integrate automation solutions with existing systems and Microsoft platforms.
12Support deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement of AI and automation solutions in production environments.
13Contribute to technical documentation, operational readiness, and knowledge sharing.
14Lead AI change management efforts to drive AI literacy and adoption across teams.
