↳Strong expertise in Workday, with proven experience in Workday Recruiting and ideally Workday VNDLY
↳Solid understanding of Workday architecture, configuration, security, business processes, and integrations
↳Experience managing and evolving Workday products and capabilities in a global organization
↳Strong knowledge of system integrations, APIs, and enterprise application landscapes
↳Ability to translate business requirements into scalable, sustainable technical solutions
↳Proven track record of working effectively with both business and technology stakeholders
↳Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills combined with a pragmatic delivery mindset
↳Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
↳High level of ownership, accountability, and customer focus
↳Workday certifications and experience in contingent workforce management are considered strong assets
