The role

As Service Industrialization Manager, you are responsible for translating service designs into operationally scalable, repeatable and automation?ready delivery models. You ensure that services moving from Plan & Build into Run are fully industrialized, documented and fit for stable operation at scale. The role acts as the structural bridge between the Head of Competence Centers (Plan & Build) and the Head of Service Operations (Run).
01Industrialize new and existing service offerings before they enter Run
02Define standardized delivery models, blueprints and runbooks
03Establish service readiness and acceptance criteria
04Ensure services are automation?, tooling? and ITSM?ready
05Coordinate the handover of services from Competence Centers to Service Operations
06Ensure clear roles, interfaces and documentation between Build and Run
07Act as quality gate before services are accepted into operations
08Work closely with Competence Centers, Service Owners and Architects
09Collaborate with Service Operations on operational feasibility and scaling
10Align with Pricing and Sales Operations on service structure and assumptions
11Collect operational feedback once services are live
12Continuously improve service design, tooling and documentation
13Contribute to automation and standardization initiatives
Requirements
↳5-8+ years of experience in ICT services, service delivery or operations
↳Strong understanding of managed services and IT service lifecycles
↳Experience with service standardization, ITSM and automation
↳Ability to translate complex service designs into operational models
↳Highly structured and quality-oriented
↳Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
↳Pragmatic, detail-focused and execution-driven
↳Ability to work effectively without formal authority
