Based in Dubai and reporting to the Product Charterer, the Shipping Market Analyst will join BxT's shipping and trading activities, supporting commercial and strategic decision-making through high-quality analysis of oil shipping markets, tanker dynamics and freight economics. The role will work closely with the freight and trading desks, as well as BxT teams in Geneva, contributing to key internal tools, publications and market intelligence. This is a hands-on analytical position requiring a strong understanding of energy and shipping markets, the ability to turn complex and real-time data into actionable insights, and advanced Python capabilities to develop robust analytical tools. The successful candidate will operate with a high degree of autonomy in a fast-paced, trading-oriented environment.
