↳Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (e.g., HF, FH, university, or an internationally equivalent qualification)
↳5+ years of professional experience, including 3+ years in SAP solution architecture, development, or a comparable technical SAP role; agile experience (Scrum, SAFe) is a plus
↳Deep expertise in SAP PS and/or SD is ideal. What matters most is a strong architectural mindset across SAP modules, so candidates with deep expertise in another area such as FI/CO who bring broad SAP knowledge and a track record of designing integrated solutions are equally encouraged to apply
↳Strong hands-on expertise in ABAP and ABAP OO development, including custom programs, enhancements, BAPIs, and BADIs; BTP, OData, and CDS experience is a plus
↳Proven ability to take ownership, proactively drive initiatives and solutions, solve complex problems, and collaborate effectively across technical and business teams, combined with fluent business-level English
