What you-ll do:

• Manages as teamlead the personnel activities of 6x20k USP production staff with overall responsibility of the shift teams with regard to safety, quality and on-time-in full delivery.
• Is responsible together with the Head of USP for production planning, problem solving and the realization of innovation projects.
• Is accountable for the performance and results of the shift teams together with the shift teamleads.
• Responsible for the safety culture, i.e. the general work safety as well as the safe behaviour of the shiftteams.
• Responsible for the training concept and execution of the shiftteams together with the shift teamsleads and the GMP technical trainer.
• Manages the Long-term and cost-optimized planning of shift teams.
