Key Responsibilities
Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, including shipments, transport documentation and delivery tracking. Coordinate shipments of equipment and materials to clinics and other partners in Switzerland and internationally. Create and manage purchase orders in SAGE X3 (ERP) and follow up on confirmations, delivery dates, quantities, receipts and open orders. Maintain accurate purchase order, shipment and delivery information in SAGE X3 and operational trackers. Support goods receipt, inventory administration, stock movements and reconciliation activities. Prepare and maintain operational and traceability documentation related to orders, shipments and deliveries. Monitor orders and shipments, identify potential delays or discrepancies and escalate issues when appropriate. Contribute to the continuous improvement and standardization of supply chain and logistics processes.
