What you will do: Own and execute the monthly Supply Planning cycle for Microbial operations, ensuring alignment with integrated planning, S&OP, and budget processes Create, maintain, and continuously improve the Supply Plan, including the Master Production Schedule (MPS) and medium-term capacity outlooks Anticipate supply risks and constraints, developing proactive mitigation strategies in collaboration with Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality, and Finance Lead supply plan accuracy improvements through KPI definition, tracking, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions Partner with Inventory Management to define and maintain inventory targets, manage new and phase-out materials, and reduce excess and obsolete inventory Ensure supply plans are consistently maintained and utilized in SAP IBP and SAP ECC, driving material, labor, and asset capacity plans Provide functional leadership and oversight of MRP and Scheduling activities, ensuring robust planning parameters and master data governance
