Aufgaben

Personelle und fachliche Leitung des Produktmanagement‑Teams Privatkunden.

Weiterentwicklung der Produktstrategie im Einklang mit der Unternehmensstrategie.

Gesamtverantwortung für das gesamte Produkt‑ und Serviceportfolio.

Steuerung der vollständigen Wertschöpfungskette: Produktstruktur, Features, Pricing, Prozesse, Dokumente, Fondsangebot, AVBs.

Konzeption neuer Produktfeatures inkl. Integration verhaltensökonomischer Elemente.

Sicherstellung der jährlichen Produktauflagen (z. B. Tranchen), Naming, USP‑Definition, interne und externe Kommunikation sowie Content Management on‑ und offline.

Erstellung von Stückzahl‑ und Prämienplanungen, Durchführung produktbezogener Analysen und Marktvergleiche, Aufbereitung für Management und operative Einheiten.

Sicherstellung der fachlichen Compliance über alle Produktebenen hinweg.

Support für Spezialofferten, Mitgestaltung von Marktbearbeitungsmassnahmen.

Aktive Rolle in Transformations‑ und Produktprojekten wie LEAP oder Tranchen.

Responsabilités

Personnel and technical leadership of the product management team for private customers.
Further development of the product strategy in line with the corporate strategy.
Overall responsibility for the entire product and service portfolio.
Management of the entire value chain: product structure, features, pricing, processes, documents, fund offerings, AVBs.
Conceptualization of new product features including integration of behavioral economic elements.
Ensuring annual product launches (e.g. tranches), naming, USP definition, internal and external communication as well as content management online and offline.
Preparation of quantity and premium planning, conducting product-related analyses and market comparisons, preparation for management and operational units.
Ensuring professional compliance across all product levels.
Support for special offers, co-designing market development measures.
Active role in transformation and product projects such as LEAP or tranches.

Exigences

Solid experience in leading and developing teams.
Several years of expertise in product management for individual life as well as solid knowledge of the Swiss individual life market and private pension.
Deep understanding of the end-to-end product development process.
Ability to analyze complex issues in a structured manner and develop them strategically.
Strong understanding of customer needs, market mechanisms, and sales requirements.
Confident action in a broad network of pension, actuarial, sales, IT, marketing, asset management, and other areas.
High implementation orientation, prioritization skills, and proactive action.
Fluent German skills, additional languages are an advantage.
