In dieser spannenden Funktion verantwortest du dein Vertriebsgebiet eigenständig und trägst durch den Aufbau nachhaltiger Kundenbeziehungen sowie die Erreichung deiner Vertriebsziele aktiv zum Wachstum unseres Geschäftsbereichs Interventional Urology bei.

Responsibilities

Expand a comprehensive product portfolio in the area of responsibility
Maintain existing and acquire new customers in urology, gynecology, and relevant implantation centers
Implement current sales and market strategies and corresponding activities
Revenue, activity, and cost planning for A, B, and C customers
Develop customer relationships with relevant decision-making groups through regular interaction, planned activities, industry events, and personal communication
Advise and support customers on product and therapy questions
Analyze sales figures to derive corresponding measures aimed at directly contributing to our growth
Regularly update competitive and potential analysis as well as customer classification
Support our customers in the OR with corresponding expertise
Close collaboration with the Regional Sales Manager and Key Account Management
Administration, including tour planning, documentation in the CRM tool, product complaints & returns processing

Requirements

Completed studies, commercial training, or completed vocational training (ideally in the OR or nursing area with corresponding commercial or sales qualifications)
Several years of professional experience with complex medical products
Existing product knowledge in urology and/or high willingness to learn about medical treatment methods and products
Service-oriented, winning personality with a positive aura
Good understanding of business contexts and high analytical thinking ability as well as results-oriented working style
Good MS Office user skills including CRM
Fluent German skills in spoken and written, good English skills, French skills advantageous
