During the programme, you will: Support Change the Bank portfolio steering and prioritisation, including analysis of strategic initiatives, management reporting, and preparation of decision-making materials for senior management Drive and coordinate communications for key strategic initiative, including monthly achievements updates, website enhancements, roadmap maintenance, and benefits tracking Contribute to the development of the Global Target Operating Model, supporting the definition of future state capabilities and alignment with strategic transformation priorities Create high-quality presentations, structure analysis, reports, and executive communications for senior stakeholders Contribute to broader Transformation Office priorities and strategic projects as required
