Responsibilities
Betrieb und Betreuung von Standard Anwendungen auf Microsoft Windows Servern
Integration und Administration von Anwendungen in komplexen Systemlandschaften
Sicherstellen der Verfügbarkeit und Stabilität der betreuten Anwendungen
Überwachung und Pflege der zugehörigen Systemumgebungen
Übernahme des 2nd-Level Supports und Einbezug und Koordination von externen Lieferanten im 3rd-Level Support
Mitarbeit bei Changes und technischen Anpassungen
Requirements
Mehrjährige und fundierte Erfahrung im Betrieb von Anwendungen auf Microsoft Windows Servern
Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Windows-Umfeld und Applikationsbetrieb
Erfahrung im Betrieb von Anwendungen innerhalb komplexer Systemlandschaften
Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Troubleshooting sowie im 2nd-Level Support
Gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Authentisierung sowie entsprechender Tools und Protokolle
Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit externen Herstellern und Lieferanten im 3rd Level
Fähigkeit, sich rasch in bestehende Anwendungen und Systemumgebungen einzuarbeiten und produktiv im Betrieb mitzuarbeiten
Erfahrung mit technischen Betriebs- und Systemdokumentationen
Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
Einwandfreier Leumund
Erfahrung aus der öffentlichen Verwaltung von Vorteil
