Your Impact Lead end-to-end audits of financial statements for asset managers, private equity firms, and private markets funds in compliance with US GAAP, IFRS, Lux GAAO and Swiss GAAP (OR / Swiss GAAP FER), overseeing planning, execution, and completion Drive the audit of complex investment valuations across all asset classes including private equity, private credit, infrastructure, and real estate, ensuring technical rigor and thoroughness Manage SEC filing requirements and audits of companies reporting under US GAAP and IFRS, including coordination with PCAOB and SOX requirements where applicable Assess and advise on clients' compliance with FINMA regulatory requirements, leading supervisory audits in line with applicable guidelines Advise clients on business opportunities arising from PwC USA's initiatives in asset management, supporting significant product and investment launches Coordinate and lead international engagement teams across the USA, Europe, and other regions, ensuring seamless collaboration and high-quality delivery Prepare audit files for Partner review and take a leading role in presenting audit findings to senior management and Boards of Directors Build, develop, and deepen long-term client relationships, positioning yourself as a go-to advisor on technical accounting and regulatory matters Champion the use of digital audit tools, data analytics, and automation to continuously improve audit quality and deliver greater value to clients Develop and inspire your team through active coaching, structured feedback, and creating an environment where people can grow and thrive Contribute to business development initiatives, including proposals, thought leadership, and expanding our presence in the private markets space
