Tätigkeiten:
Sicherstellung der Einsatzbereitschaft der Maschinen und Anlagen durch vorbeugende, begleitende Instandhaltung
Inbetriebnahme und Weiterentwicklung von Fertigungsanlagen
Planung, Steuerung und eigenverantwortliche Umsetzung von Fertigungs- und Industrialisierungsprojekten
Entwicklung wirtschaftlicher Fertigungs- und Montagekonzepte in interdisziplinären Teams
Begleitung des erfolgreichen Starts bis zum stabilen Serienbetrieb.
Einführung neuer Technologien, Automatisierungslösungen und Fertigungsverfahren
Aufgaben
Ensuring the operational readiness of machines and systems through preventive and accompanying maintenance
Commissioning and further development of production systems
Planning, controlling, and independently implementing production and industrialization projects
Developing economical production and assembly concepts in interdisciplinary teams
Accompanying the successful start-up to stable series production
Introducing new technologies, automation solutions, and manufacturing processes
Anforderungen
Completed technical training as an automation technician, polymechanic, electrician, or similar
Several years of experience in production, industrialization, manufacturing technology, automation, or process engineering
Solution-oriented working method
Very good German and English skills for cross-location collaboration
Initiative and enjoyment in implementation
Experience in PLC programming is an advantage
