Beschreibung

Für die Verstärkung unseres Brandschutz-Teams in Zürich suchen wir eine erfahrene und engagierte Persönlichkeit mit einer integralen sowie zielorientierten Arbeitsweise.

Aufgaben

You are the contact person for authorities, clients, architects, and planners
You develop fire protection concepts including plans, concept descriptions, proofs, etc. for buildings up to QS level 2
Create fire protection and fire department plans in CAD
You perform quality controls for fire protection on the construction site to ensure proper implementation until commissioning
Collaborate on special concepts such as evacuation, smoke extraction, integral safety tests, etc.
As a project manager, you are responsible for quality, costs, and deadlines

Anforderungen

Degree as an engineer/technician or comparable education
Further training as a fire protection specialist VKF required
Several years of experience in planning and implementing buildings
Practical experience in structural, technical, and organizational fire protection
Interest in solution-oriented and conceptual work
Creativity, commitment, teamwork, and good manners
High customer awareness
Good knowledge of MS Office, CAD/BIM knowledge is an advantage
Confident handling of the German language in spoken and written form
