With a strong global network and a commitment to innovation, excellence, and sustainability, we safely power our customers- flights every day As a **Business Development Director - Parts Repair Services** you will be responsible for the relationship and business development activities for third-party Engine Parts Repairs and leads the sales activities across the SR Technics Repair network, including Zurich and Cork. You will report to Head of Parts Repair Services. ## Your tasks ## * Lead sales and business development activities for Zurich and Cork (SRTAS) Engine Parts Repairs, driving growth, maintaining existing business, and securing new opportunities * Build, develop, and maintain strategic relationships with key customer accounts, ensuring a high level of customer service and a deep understanding of customer objectives to create winning business strategies * Monitor repair market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities, providing regular market insights and maintaining a comprehensive competitive landscape to support product innovation and market attractiveness * Plan, implement, and lead marketing, advertising, communication, and business development campaigns in collaboration with Corporate Communications, ensuring alignment with SR Technics- brand strategy and image * Represent SR Technics at industry and aviation events, promoting brand awareness, strengthening customer engagement, and expanding business opportunities * Ensure accurate and complete maintenance of customer, project, and reporting data within CRM systems (Salesforce) to support effective sales management and decision-making ## Your Profile ## * Business Development / Sales experience with Engine Parts Repair Services with deep customer knowledge and experience of products (5+ years) * Bachelor-s or Master-s degree in relevant field, or equivalent professional experience. * Must demonstrate relevant regional & international contacts within the aviation industry * Ability to execute multiple tasks independently, flexibly, and rapidly * Outstanding presentation, communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills * Ability to think with innovation and drive creative thinking into the business development arena and improve results year over year * Fluent in English ## We offer ## We offer an attractive position in a global and dynamic company.
