As our Business Operations Manager, you'll be the backbone of our operations keeping things running smoothly while supporting HR, finance, and Scheduling tasks.

Aufgaben

Manage emails, schedules, and supplies.
Assist with contracts, payroll, recruitment and onboarding new team members.
Handle invoices, payments, and basic financial tracking.
Use Canva and tools for simple graphics and manage databases/software.
Answer calls, respond to queries, and support the swim team.
Help with various projects as needed in a fast-paced environment.

Anforderungen

Comfortable using CRM, xls spreadsheets, and office software.
You love keeping things in order.
Confident with invoicing and basic financial tasks.
Friendly on the phone and good at handling client requests.
If you’ve worked with contracts or payroll before, that’s a bonus!
Ready to jump in where needed. Specially on weekends.
Multilingual – French and English at a minimum.
