* You develop and implement category strategies and manage assigned procurement categories throughout their entire strategic lifecycle. * You leverage spend, market, supplier, and demand analytics to identify savings opportunities, mitigate risks, and drive evidence-based procurement decisions * You design, maintain, and enhance KPI dashboards, benchmarks, and business cases to support informed decision-making. * You drive product standardization, portfolio optimization, and data harmonization initiatives to increase efficiency and unlock synergies across the organization * You lead cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders across Procurement, Hospitals, Supply Chain Management, and Business Functions to deliver measurable business outcomes
**YOURE PROFILE** * You hold a university degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related discipline, ideally complemented by professional certifications in Strategic Procurement or Category Management * You bring at least five years of experience in Category Management, ideally within healthcare or another complex and regulated environment. * You possess strong analytical capabilities and proven expertise in spend analytics, KPI management, statistics, and data-driven decision-making. * You successfully navigate complex stakeholder environments, build alignment across diverse interest groups, and communicate confidently with executive-level stakeholders. * You work in a structured, self-driven, and solution-oriented manner, have strong SAP MM and Microsoft Office skills, and combine a commercial mindset with excellent execution, project management capabilities, and strong communication skills in German and English.
