Job purpose Reporting to the Managing Director, the Commercial Director is responsible for the short- and medium-term commercial success of a strategic portfolio of products and for the overall P&L of the Commercial Unit (CU) Takes strategic decisions on the product portfolio and on resource allocation (budget & headcount). As people leader builds and develops a best-in-class commercial (Sales & Marketing) team and as a standing member of the local Management Board represents Janssen to relevant internal & external stakeholders.
