Your tasks:

• Support and represent the host in the operational management of the restaurant
• Ensure a smooth service process with a focus on excellent guest experience
• Host role with warm and authentic presence - you are the soul of the house
• Leadership, motivation and development of the service team
• Coordination between kitchen and service for optimal implementation of the gastronomic concept
• Responsibility for quality assurance, orders and compliance with hygiene regulations
• Active participation in daily operations as well as ensuring efficient duty roster planning
