selbständiges Instrumentieren und Zudienen von Eingriffen in den Fachbereichen Orthopädie, Hand- und Allgemeinchirurgie sowie Urologie Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs im Saal interdisziplinär und interprofessionell Einhaltung der Hygiene- und Asepsis Richtlinien Verantwortung für die korrekte OP-spezifische Dokumentation (OP Pflegedokumentation/Leistungserfassung)

Aufgaben

self-sufficient instrumenting and assisting in the fields of orthopedics, hand and general surgery, and urology
ensuring a smooth process in the operating room interdisciplinary and interprofessionally
compliance with hygiene and asepsis guidelines
responsibility for correct OP-specific documentation (OP nursing documentation/performance recording)

Anforderungen

Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF OP or dipl. Fachperson OT HF, preferably with several years of professional experience, preferably in the attending physician system
high flexibility, versatile expertise, and the necessary understanding of various OP techniques, preferably experience with orthopedic surgeries (knee and hip joint replacement)
a responsible, service-oriented, and resilient personality with great joy in their profession
very good German language skills in spoken and written form, basic IT knowledge
willingness to work in a team-oriented manner
