Beschreibung

Aufgaben Sie sind verantwortlich für die Pflege, Betreuung, Behandlung und Rehabilitation von geriatrischen Patientinnen und Patienten. Sie begleiten Lernende in ihrer Ausbildung. Sie sind verantwortlich für den Tagesablauf. Sie sind Teil des interdisziplinären Behandlungsteams, bestehend aus Ärzten, Pflegenden, Therapeuten und der Sozialberatung.

Aufgaben

You are responsible for the care, support, treatment, and rehabilitation of geriatric patients.
You accompany learners in their training.
You are responsible for the daily routine.
You are part of the interdisciplinary treatment team, consisting of doctors, nurses, therapists, and social counseling.

Anforderungen

You have completed training as a qualified nursing professional HF or have an equivalent and recognized professional training.
You have an interest and joy in nursing and working with geriatric patients.
Your strengths include teamwork, organizational, and communication skills.
