Ihre Aufgaben

Sie übernehmen die professionelle und individuelle Pflege sowie Betreuung unserer Patientinnen und Patienten im postoperativen, diagnostischen und therapeutischen Bereich.

Sie nehmen ärztliche Verordnungen entgegen und sorgen für deren korrekte sowie termingerechte Umsetzung.

Sie führen die Pflegedokumentation sorgfältig und erfassen die erbrachten Pflegeleistungen vollständig.

Sie unterstützen Patiententransporte und helfen bei der Organisation sowie Beschaffung von Sterilgut, Laborproben und Medikamenten.

Sie arbeiten interdisziplinär mit verschiedenen Berufsgruppen zusammen und tragen aktiv zu einer hohen Pflegequalität bei.

Aufgaben

You take over the professional and individual care and support of our patients in the postoperative, diagnostic, and therapeutic area.
You receive medical orders and ensure their correct and timely implementation.
You carefully carry out the nursing documentation and fully record the provided nursing services.
You support patient transports and assist in the organization and procurement of sterile goods, laboratory samples, and medications.
You work interdisciplinary with various professional groups and actively contribute to high nursing quality.

Anforderungen

Completed training as a Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF (with SRK recognition for foreign diplomas).
You already have some professional experience.
You are a flexible and team-oriented personality.
You maintain an overview even in demanding or unforeseen situations and act solution-oriented.
You have experience with electronic nursing documentation or digital clinical information systems.
You are motivated to continuously expand your expertise and actively develop yourself.
You usually work from Monday to Friday. Occasionally, there is an on-call duty on weekends.
