Du assistierst in den Sprechstunden von zehn verschiedenen pädiatrischen Fachdisziplinen.
Du berätst und betreust Patientinnen, Patienten sowie deren Angehörige telefonisch.
Du stellst die Qualität und Kontinuität im Pflegeprozess sicher.
Du bringst dich aktiv in die Weiterentwicklung des Kinderambulatoriums und der Pflegeprozesse ein.
Aufgaben
You care for newborns, children, and adolescents with various pediatric conditions up to the age of 16, partly up to 18 years.
You assist in the consultations of ten different pediatric specialties.
You advise and care for patients and their relatives by phone.
You ensure quality and continuity in the care process.
You actively contribute to the further development of the children's outpatient clinic and the care processes.
Anforderungen
You have completed training as a qualified nurse HF/FH, ideally with a focus on children and adolescents.
Ideally, you already have professional experience in the field of pediatric and adolescent medicine.
You work independently, flexibly, and maintain an overview even in a lively outpatient environment.
You convince with your high social competence, quick comprehension, and organizational talent.
You appreciate interdisciplinary collaboration with doctors and other professionals.
You enjoy working with children, adolescents, and their families and approach them with empathy.
