Your main tasks Lead internal communications across the organization, developing, writing and delivering communication plans that support business priorities, organizational change and employee engagement Develop and execute the global corporate communications strategy, ensuring consistent and effective communications across internal and external audiences Partner with HR and senior leaders to develop and deliver leadership communications that support business transformation and employee engagement Create and deliver clear, consistent and engaging communications across multiple channels, including company announcements, leadership messages and employee communications Advise senior leaders on executive communications, key messaging and thought leadership, translating complex business topics into clear and compelling communications Lead media relations and reputation-building initiatives in collaboration with affiliates and external partners Own crisis communication planning and lead communications during reputation-sensitive situations Establish communication governance, messaging standards and approval processes to ensure consistency, compliance and communication excellence Ensure all communications comply with applicable healthcare, regulatory and company requirements Define and monitor communication KPIs, using data and feedback to continuously improve communication effectiveness
