↳Degree: BA/BS degree, preferably in a technical, business, or supply chain discipline. Master-s degree is a plus (*)
↳Work Experience: 8+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, supply chain management, or manufacturing. (***)
↳Domain Knowledge: Strong preference for experience in clinical drug manufacturing, clinical supply chain, or contract manufacturing management
↳GMP Experience: Required
↳IT / Tool Skills: Proficient knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP or equivalent ERP systems.
↳Language Skills: Excellent written and spoken English (required); basic German skills are beneficial.
↳Shift Flexibility: Flexibility to adapt to global working hours (e.g., starting as early as 7:00 AM for SSF teams or working until 6:00 PM for Switzerland-based teams).
↳Solid understanding of pharma supply chains, contract manufacturing, and clinical operations.
↳Proven project planning, project management, and resource management skills.
↳Strong leadership experience in taking projects from initiation through final delivery.
↳High cultural awareness and social competence for global stakeholder management.
↳Strong analytical, problem-solving, and system-oriented skills with high attention to detail.
↳High integrity and the ability to operate independently with minimal direction.
↳Excellent cross-functional communication and presentation skills.
