Your main tasks and responsibilities The Global Market Development Manager IBU supports global initiatives that enhance healthcare professional education, expand disease awareness, and drive market development in the assigned therapeutic area. The role focuses on preparing and executing global customer-oriented programs and supporting local S&M organizations to increase market impact and portfolio profitability. This includes training sales forces and ensuring consistent communication with external and internal audiences. Key accountabilities Develop and deliver global educational programs and materials (live and digital). Support planning and execution of international scientific initiatives (e.g. advisory boards, expert meetings). Coordinate adaptation of global materials for affiliates, ensuring scientific accuracy and brand alignment. Oversee medical content development for global education and customer engagement, ensuring consistency and compliance. Monitor effectiveness of global programs and share best practices with affiliates.
