The Position As part of Pharma Technical Operations (PT), the PT MSAT, Engineering & Sustainability (PTT) division plays a key role in leading seamless industrialization and thorough technical product management. PTT integrates safety, health, and environment (SHE), proactive maintenance, facility fitness, performance optimization, and scalable manufacturing processes to support the manufacturing network. Product and process robustness, efficiency, and reliability are key performance indicators that PTT owns and continuously improves. Within this division, the PT Sustainability team fosters a robust sustainable culture across the organization, our partners, and stakeholders. We ensure that sustainability is deeply embedded in all PT operations, delivering measurable value and impact on the environment, society, and the economy. As a Global Sustainability Manager, you act as a key strategic architect and primary Subject Matter Expert for sustainability initiatives. You lead global high-impact projects, drive cross-functional squads, and manage complex stakeholder landscapes to ensure compliance with reporting requirements such as the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD). Sustainability is core to our business strategy, and leveraging your deep technical expertise, you will inspire the PT community to pioneer data-driven programs. You will champion the race to zero greenhouse gas emissions, advance circular economy principles, and govern resource accounting to sustain our global license to operate.
