↳Strong technical knowledge of Corporate Liability Insurance, ideally covering General Liability, Product Liability, Professional Indemnity, Financial Lines, and/or Specialty Liability lines.
↳Proven experience in Upper Mid-Market and Corporate business, preferably in an international or cross-border environment.
↳A strategic mindset with the ability to develop and implement initiatives, drive change, and contribute to profitable business growth.
↳Strong analytical and portfolio management skills, combined with sound commercial judgment and a data-driven approach.
↳Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to influence, collaborate, and build trust across countries, cultures, and business units.
↳A genuine passion for Liability Insurance, technical excellence, and international collaboration; fluent English is required, while German and other European languages are an advantage.
