↳Bachelor’s degree in Business Informatics, Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field;
↳5+ year of experience in data quality, data management, or business process analysis — ideally combining both;
↳Experience in private markets, asset management, or financial services;
↳Strong root-cause analysis capabilities, with proven ability to investigate data issues and trace them back to business processes;
↳End-to-end project experience, leading improvement initiatives from analysis through implementation;
↳Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure complex topics into clear frameworks and actionable insights;
↳Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, engaging effectively with business, IT, and senior leadership;
↳Solid understanding of data ecosystems, including data flows, business rules, lineage, and platforms, with attention to detail and at the same time a big-picture mindset;
↳Familiarity with PE systems such as DealCloud, Investran and iLevel;
↳Exposure to AI/automation concepts, data product thinking, process mapping tools (preferred).
