As the Head of FP&A and Controlling, you are the architect of our financial future. This is a high-impact, strategic leadership position designed for a finance expert who can translate complex data into actionable business intelligence, partnering with the business to maximize the value of Avaloq. You will lead a high-performing multi-country team of 20+, overseeing everything from rigorous bottom-up budgeting to high-level strategic long-range planning and daily controllership for our departments. You will be the CFO’s right hand, ensuring that our financial steering, business partnering, and controlling functions align perfectly with our growth targets.
