Human Resources Leader, IM Commercial Austria & Switzerland Location: Zug, Switzerland Contract: Full Time, Hybrid About the Role: Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Human Resources Leader, Austria & Switzerland , based in Austria or Switzerland. As a member of the Austrian & Swiss Leadership Teams, the HR Leader serves as a strategic business partner, helping shape business strategy and organizational effectiveness through talent, leadership, culture, and organizational capabilities. The role drives people and organization outcomes across the commercial organizations and partners across the OneHR model to deliver integrated talent and organizational strategies. The HR Leader works closely with the Managing Directors and their leadership teams in both countries to ensure the organization is positioned to deliver sustainable growth, exceptional employee experiences, and strong business performance in a highly regulated and competitive healthcare environment. This includes leadership coaching, succession planning, organizational design, workforce planning, change management, and culture stewardship. The HR Leader works closely together with his/her peers in the broader MSM HR Team and reports into the Head of HR Mid-Sized Markets.
